ERJ Realty LLC was initially formed as a single independent broker
in 2001. The owner, Edwin R. Josue is from the Philippines and has been
living in New York City for the past 16 years.
A magna cum laude graduate from San Beda College (BA Economics) in Manila,
Mr. Josue has also taken his MBA (Masters in Business Administration) major in Finance from the city’s prestigious De La Salle University.
He started in real estate in 1993 and his first year sales totaled $5 million as a residential real estate broker. At the same time, he managed eight buildings for City Living/American Landmark notably the pre-war Bing and Bing buildings on 73rd street
in the Eastside. He honed his real estate skills with help of Ms. Adrienne Albert, who
is the president of The Marketing Directors, a well-known sales marketing firm of newly
constructed fine residential buildings in the city.
Two years later, he joined Jean Marc Levet & Partners, and with that firm's merger
into Brown Harris Stevens, he assumed his position as an Associate Broker. While
at Brown Harris Stevens, he has been the broker specialist of such buildings as 330
Third Avenue, 403 East 62nd Street, and 525 East 80th Street.
He has successfully sold and rented units in said buildings. Moreover, he has sold
such high-end units as a four bedroom cooperative at 655 Park Avenue for $3.25M,
40 E. 10th St. for 1.8M, 128 Central Park Place for $1M, The Oxford Condominium for $1.2M, Beekman Condominium for $800,000, Olympic Tower for $700,000, among others.
He left BHS in the winter of 2001 and became on his own. 2002 proved to be a
year of achievements for this newly formed company. Total gross sales amounted
to $6M. It sold a 2 bedroom cooperative at 128 Central Park South for $1.430M,
a 2-bedroom condominium at 90 East End Avenue for $930K and several
properties at the Manhattan Place Condominiun on 36th St., totalling $1.245M,
425 E. 63rd St. for $390K, 120 W. 58th St. for $330K.
Based on these achievements, Mr. Josue deemed fit to share his knowledge with
others who want to be in the real estate business. To date, he has two salespersons
working with him. The company continues to help buyers and sellers put their respective
objectives in the utmost sincerity and honesty, not to mention their trait of
"Service with a Smile."
